Found my part easily on the web site out of a number of alternatives of conditions and miles. After checking many different sources for used parts, Schram’s was clearly lower. So much so, it was easy to upgrade to the 1yr parts and labor warranty and go out the door at a very reasonable price.

They are very precise and patient. Especially the guy in the back he waited for me and my wife to give us a rim for our car, he even put it in the trunk for us! I am definitely team Schram!!!!

Very disappointed in the service provided by one of the employees- don’t recall her name, but she had brown hair and wore glasses. I had an issue with items I purchased - two different air bags were given to me. She refused to assist me and stated I had to speak to the salesperson that sold it me when I know she could have assisted as well. Then she tried pushing me away from service by trying to pick up a call and start assisting another customer when I wasn’t even done. Then another employee came and was able to assist me. Very rude and disrespectful of her.
